The main entrance to EPCOT's Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind looks very close to completion as crews continue to add finishing details.

Landscaping and fencing surround the Starblaster, which we expect to be home to Guardians of the Galaxy character appearances.

The Nova Corps Starblaster continues to be worked on, with testing underway overnight on the lighting package and a few touch-ups still being completed.

A couple of different wait times clocks and entries are visible at the main entrance, along with the Magic Band touchpoints.

Disney has not yet given any opening date despite the rapidly approaching summer season. Based on comments from a high-ranking Disney Executive on social media, we expect to see a Memorial Day opening. If that date holds, previews could begin very shortly.

With no opening for that walkway, this seems like this is prepping for a complete reconstruction of Wonder's frontage. I hope they remake it as Journey of Play!

I would assume they'll add green mesh to it like the new fencing where the bypass was.

Gotta love how WDW will now receive yet another ride that will no longer be exclusive to the park/resort as a whole…..(MMRR and now Guardians)

The Xandarians are secretly building an even longer one in China. HKDL loves augmenting American originals, so they challenged the Broker to procure one more helix so the Guardians of the Galaxy could once and for all discover the origins of the coronavirus. Shhhh…

Yeah, in the course of four years to build it, it coulda happened!

They don't want to have to update the website if someone builds one that's longer.

I don’t get why they keep saying this if by all accounts it seems to be THE longest.

And I think we're forgetting about the only IP that makes perfect sense in EPCOT, especially when the Wonders of Life actually still existed: Inside Out. They literally made an attraction that uses a very similar concept to Inside Out decades before the movie came out. Then the attraction sat there unused and (for a while) untouched when the film came out. Such a wasted opportunity. But I don't mean to get us off-track here. I still think Marvel characters have NO PLACE in Epcot.
